i recently called this company out to a issue i had in my back yard on Boxing day, from the minute they arrived onsite to the time they left i found there engineer to be very proffesional, there vehicles were clean and tidy and they had the right equipment to do the job first time i would highly recommend them and will they use them in the future.... We had just finished our lunch on boxing day and i was putting the rubbish in the bin when i saw sewage flowing from a inspection chamber in the garden, we then noticed the toilet wasnt working, as i hit the yelloow pages it soon became aparent that the companies that advertised as 365 days a year were in fact 363 days a year, then i discovered Metro Rod North Wales, the phone was ansewred by the on call engineer and they said they could be there within the Hour, they arrived took care of the problem and even removed all the over spilled sewage from the drain, what a good service i would use this company again and recommend them to any body who is in a situation like i found myself in. Highly Recommended
