Colwyn Bay is a town and seaside resort on the coast of the Irish Sea in North Wales.

Colwyn Bay has a strong community and a wide variety of local businesses and traditionally was known for its speciality shops and as a business centre. The main town is situated in a stunning location between the sea and Pwll-Y-Crochan Woods. The classic mountains of Snowdonia and Llandudno “Best seaside resort in the UK” within minutes of the town.

The Bay offers something different from most towns in the shape of it's general, continental and farmer's markets held weekly at the heart of the town. Traditionally the town was renowned for its specialist shops and businesses and this situation still endures today. Many businesses enjoying patronage from all parts of the UK and customers happy to travel far and wide to enjoy the local expertise.
