Left car in the morning to fix something they said they could fix. The ring me at 4pm saying they couldn\'t fix it and they would need to order the part then fit it the next day costing me over 200 quid. Repairing was suppose to cost me about 100 quid. They don\'t bother ringing me after the check the car and determine what they told me at 4pm. I said I would take it elsewhere (Kwik Fit) which did because they charged me 125 quid altogether with a brand new part. Caven motors decide to charge me 15 quid for having a quid look to tell me\" it\'s broken\" ant fix it. Just play safe and go to Kwik Fit or elsewhere, Kwik Fit being a large chain get better prices on parts and are far more professional and serious.
